Position Overview:

Walmart is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Seller Compliance team as a Senior Analyst. The primary focus of this role is to help facilitate any programs from a compliance perspective within our platform, with a strong emphasis on testing. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in maintaining all our programs from a compliance standpoint .

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Program Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance programs within our platform.

  • Monitor and evaluate existing compliance processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, staying up to date with changes in policies and laws.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute testing strategies to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs.

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues and mitigate risks.

  • Analyze testing results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Process Development and Optimization:

  • Design and implement scalable processes for monitoring and enforcing compliance requirements.

  • Streamline existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on compliance-related processes and procedures.

Program Building:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new compliance programs and initiatives.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define program requirements and objectives .

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute program launches and ensure successful implementation.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance processes, procedures, and activities.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, summarizing compliance status, key findings, and recommendations.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration , Finance, Law, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to e-commerce and retail operations.

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing compliance programs and processes.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
