LIFEWAVE INC. Global Digital Content Manager in DRAPER, Utah

POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you'll lead the charge on North America's organic social media strategy, bringing our brand to life with content that builds credibility and trust. You'll collaborate with global teams, work closely with sales to empower our brand partners, and keep our corporate YouTube channel dynamic and engaging. You'll also manage an app that delivers valuable sales content directly to our Brand Partners and prospects. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position currently has no direct supervisory responsibilities

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Management: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive organic social media strategies for North America, aligned with LifeWave's brand voice, business objectives, and marketing goals. 
  • Direct content creation, including writing, editing, and producing high-quality and engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X, Threads, and LinkedIn. 
  • Monitor and manage social media platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to audience engagement. 

     

Analytics & Reporting: 

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data and industry best practices. 
  • Global Support & Collaboration: 
  • Support LifeWave's worldwide markets with content for product launches and our annual LifeWave Conference. 
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and strategy alignment across all regions. 

     

Sales Force Engagement: 

  • Work closely with the Sales Director to support and manage content for the LifeWave Business Builder Facebook group. 
  • Develop and execute content that drives engagement, motivation, and communication within the Brand Partner community. 
  • YouTube Channel Management: 
  • Oversee the LifeWave corporate YouTube channel, ensuring content is regularly updated, optimized for SEO, and aligned with overall brand strategy. 
  • Coordinate with LifeWave Creative Department to develop video content that educates, informs, and engages our audience. 

LifeWave App Management: 

  • Manage and maintain the LifeWave app, which delivers sales content and resources to Brand Partners and prospects. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the app's content is current, relevant, and aligned with marketing campaigns.

     

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer.  The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in di gital content management and social media strategy, preferably within a global or multi-market organization. 
  • Proven experience in managing organic social media channels, including content creation, engagement, and analytics. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. 
  • Experi nce with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. 
  • Experience in MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) or direct selling industries is a plus.
