Data Products Manager (Draper, UT)

Lead world-class data science and analytics teams in building data analytics products for business intelligence needs and process improvements. Evaluate stakeholder needs, prioritize and translate for cross-functional team of software engineers, analysts and data scientists to build best possible user experience. Lead data engineering teams to drive revenue, lower costs, increase speed and reduce risk. Partner with Scrum master to prioritize, lead, and facilitate work of Agile development team. Oversee communication aspects to ensure effective engagement, including implementation, advocacy, training, and gap resolution. Develop comprehensive understanding of data, reports and usage, and articulate to internal teams. Articulate vision of combined ERA (Exploration, Reporting, and Analytics) work product, and measure deployments against it. Work with Power BI architecture, datasets, workspaces, reports and pipelines, and evaluate impact on end-users. Navigate Snowflake and formulate hypotheses regarding data sources and connections for investigation and validation by development and data engineering teams. Use SQL queries for efficient troubleshooting and quality assurance. Ensure product output and resolve any issues, including timely escalation to senior developers or Business Intelligence director as needed.

Requires: Master's Degree in Business Analytics, at least 1 year of data engineering experience, and proficiency with Agile development, R, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL server, SQL queries, and Snowflake.
