How you can make a difference The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and interpreting business information and mold it into actionable decisions and leveraged for process improvements. This role works closely with the business to help them understand and articulate their goals, objectives, and solutions. Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, and verifying requirements and ensuring that they are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, and verifiable.  In this role you will be supporting one of our modernization projects.

What you'll be doing

Engages business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle, including: Gathering requirements and acceptance criteria for top opportunities Participating in SCRUM cadence meetings to support the team's delivery and ensure designed solution is tracking to meet acceptance criteria Conduct user acceptance testing of the final solution Document solutions to enable training, process development, and service delivery Support operational and market release readiness activities Define and track success measurements Continual communication and stakeholder management Troubleshoots efforts for potential system and process issues Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions Supports monitoring and remediation of potential customer-impacting issues

What you will need to be successful Knowledge of creation of software products or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, or economics majors, and/or equivalent work experience. 3+ years experience in business requirements analysis with specific experience in data searching. Experience should include flow modeling, Stakeholder knowledge extraction and sharing. Experience in SQL Queries and process flow is required. Knowledge of agile and SAFE is also required. Experience working on a technology modernization porject. Experience supporting API projects is a plus. Experience with Data Lakes is a plus. Proven ability to advance an operational unit's strategic direction through identification of risk/opportunity and contributing to the corresponding mitigation/solution Highly adaptable, with the ability to rapidly assimilate new information and self-direct in the identification of team, system, and project implications Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a critical eye for detail A strong customer service orientation is essential. Demonstrated ability to adapt to the changing demands of business is a must #LI-Remote This is a remote position.

Salary Range

$33.65 To $41.83 / hour

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
