Our Downingtown client is looking for a Customer Service Representative.  This position will work between interfacing with their clients and process their orders.

*Job highlights: *

• 1st up to answer incoming calls - (20-30 calls per day)
• Entering orders daily from email, online, and web-based (Amazon, Etsy, website)
• Use a CRM to log calls and record info from each order
