We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in Downey, California. The successful candidate will be a critical part of our healthcare team, acting as the liaison between patients and healthcare professionals. This role will involve a range of responsibilities from managing patient data to coordinating healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth in our clinics through exceptional customer service, sales, and marketing skills

• Undertake grassroots marketing and community outreach initiatives to promote our services

• Network and generate leads to increase our patient base and impact on community health

• Leverage your understanding of Cerner Technologies and EHR systems to manage patient records and coordinate care

• Handle billing functions with precision and ensure adherence to healthcare laws and regulations

• Conduct clinical trial operations, dialysis procedures, and inpatient care as required

• Utilize knowledge of Healthcare.gov and insurance processes to assist patients in navigating their healthcare journey

• Leverage healthcare sales skills to promote our services and attract new patients.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Patient Care Coordinator role or similar healthcare position

• Proficiency in Cerner Technologies and Dentrix Dental Software

• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM and Billing Functions

• Experience in Clinical Trial Operations, Dialysis and Healthcare sales

• Knowledge of HealthCare.gov procedures and Insurance policies

• Must have experience in Inpatient Care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Must possess a high level of professionalism and integrity

• Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
