Description We are in search of a Graphic Designer to join our client's team downtown Chicago or Downers Grove. The chosen candidate will be part of a dynamic team where they will lead the design, layout, and production of various marketing materials. This role will also involve conceptualizing and executing experiential design projects, including spatial branding and corporate event experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation and creativity in existing materials and templates • Lead the design, layout, and production of marketing materials such as e-blasts, banners, print/digital Ads, infographics, and presentation graphics • Support various business divisions and clients with the creation of marketing materials • Conceptualize and execute experiential design projects, including spatial branding and corporate event experiences • Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for design purposes • Apply knowledge of digital, motion graphics, and/or web design in project execution • Understand and apply the print production process in design projects • Utilize strong knowledge of WordPress website CMS in design projects • Apply photography/post-processing skills as needed in design projects • Maintain a basic understanding of HTML and CSS for web design projects. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of detail oriented experience in a Graphic Designer role or similar capacity

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging advertisements and brochures

• Significant experience with Brand Awareness and Design

• Ability to work with digital platforms, including WordPress and Canva

• Expertise in creating motion graphics and infographics

• Previous experience in Print Production and Web Design

• Familiarity with designing for various formats, including print and digital

• Solid understanding of Graphic Design principles and best practices

• A portfolio showcasing original designs and creative talent

• Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
