Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO) is responsible for all systems, tools, business processes, and operations for our direct and indirect business lines. About the Opportunity

This Role Excellence Lead position is part of the newly formed Commercial Business team within the GBRO organization. You will be responsible for defining the role accountability and success measures for all Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) customer-facing roles, inclusive of the manager community. It will be critical to drive role clarity and connecting our guidance and enablement approach to align to Oracle priorities. This position will collaborate across our Revenue Operations team to influence key levers in the role experience across compensation, territory planning, enablement services, systems & tools, and business insights to ensure we are empowering our sellers and engineers to achieve more for our customers.

Responsibilities

About the role

  • Serves as the subject matter expert for everything related to our sales and engineering role functions for OCI

  • Develops role guidance to create clarity for execution and supports onboarding and continued development programs

  • Drives initiatives to further expand on manager coaching and empowerment capabilities, leveraging data to influence guidance

  • Creates community engagement channels to solicit feedback across our core sales capabilities to better understand how we can more effectively support our field members and improve knowledge sharing

  • Collaborates closely with our business planning functions to ensure levers are optimized to support role success

  • Partners with process, systems, and enablement services to ensure launch excellence for all new capabilities that are released

  • Supports the ongoing optimization of our Oracle Customer Engagement methodology, ensuring alignment to role expectations

  • Works closely with senior executives, demonstrating expertise and understanding of their priorities

  • Summarizes key issues and business insights to educate broader GBRO stakeholders on opportunities across the business

  • Maintains a pulse on industry best practices and acts as a subject matter expert to support all OCI sales and engineering considerations

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
