Summary of essential job functions:

• Selection and organization of oil and meal to each storage location

• Daily inventory on all storage bin/vessel

• Oversees all Grinding Room activities

• Monitor all mechanical systems for maintenance issues, and be able to react accordingly.

• Records all necessary data into production logs

• Daily inspection of equipment to ensure safe operation, food safety and performance specifications.

• All meal flow to grinding rooms and communicates issues to production supervisors and manager

• Daily inspection of equipment screens and reports issues to supervisor

• Operational efficiency of screw conveyors, elevators, load-out bins, hammer-mills, pumps, and antioxidants.

• Ensures antioxidant is applied in accordance to customer specifications and antioxidant policy

• Follows all established Company, Department and Safety policies

• Load samples in accordance with sample policy

• Keeps tank farm and oil loading areas clean, solids free, and grease free at all times

• Other duties as assigned by management

  2nd Shift: Monday - Friday; 2pm - 10:30pm

  3rd Shift: Monday - Friday; 10pm - 6:30am

  Pay: $17.00 + $1.00 shift differential
