What are your contributions to the team?

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans in collaboration with project teams, outlining the necessary activities including timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments and criteria for a successful deployment.

• Coordinate with various departments, including IT, operations, quality assurance, and business units, to assess readiness from different perspectives.

• Lead and execute operational readiness assessments, working closely with subject matter experts to evaluate systems, processes, and resources.

• Identify and address any deficiencies or gaps that may impact operational performance.

• Monitor and manage risks throughout the transition process to minimize the impact on service delivery.

• Generate reports and communicate assessment results to project teams, leadership, and relevant stakeholders.

• Collect feedback from operational teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the readiness assessment process.

• Implement lessons learned from previous assessments into future readiness planning.

How to thrive in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT Service Management with a focus on operational readiness, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and principles.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and operational best practices.

• Familiarity with risk management and change management principles.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
