What are your contributions to the team?

Financial Modeling & Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support key business decisions, including project investments.

  • Manage and monitor, closely with Treasury, day-to-day cash flow activities

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead and develop a team of financial professionals. Identify opportunities to enhance FP&A processes, tools, and workflows.

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and strategy.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Ensure BUs are aligned with the strategic objectives and assumptions.

Communication & Reporting:

  • Present financial information and analysis to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to gather and interpret financial data.

  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of regular financial reports and ad-hoc analyses as needed.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and have ten (10) years of relevant experience including employee supervision.

  • You hold a professional accountant designation (CPA) or equivalent experience.

  • You have excellent technical and analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key drivers of financial performance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate financial data into actionable insights for various audiences.

  • Proficient in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and ideally other financial analysis tools.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture while maintaining a focus on detail.

  • You are bilingual in both spoken and written.
