What you’ll do:

1. Independently manage the NPI project thru APQP procedure (PROLaunch), To ensure the smooth operation of New products & launch on schedule.

2. Be responsible for the relevant ECR/ECN carry out in the plant, and ensure the relevant ECNs have right implementation.

3. According to the company's VAVE process, implement the VAVE activities in plant.

4. Assist department manager to continuous streamline the ENG department procedure / training subordinates

5. Implement EHS and LSR to make sure working safely

Lead the NPI process and ensure new products launched on schedule.

Assist manager to complete RFQ for new products.

Contacts supplier and solve engineering problem of material.

Follow up ECN implementation, until the ECN is closed.

Organizes team to find the VA/VE saving opportunity and Plan/implement/achieve the saving target.

Response to evaluate new material.

Collect Lesson Learn and providing necessary training to co-worker and others.

Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

College or above graduate in Mechanical and Electrical or Automation

5 years Design or Manufacturing relevant experience

Skills:

Preferable with electronic products function testing experience

Computer knowledge, CAD, Pro-E, SAP;

Good communication skills;

Problem solving skills;
