Key Duties & Responsibilities 主要职责描述：

• 负责产品生产线的生产工艺工程及生产设备的保养，维修等工作。

• 负责生产工艺工程技术团队的管理工作，带领团队完成各项工作目标，对产品的生产提供工程技术支持，确保生产能在符合安全要求的工艺条件下进行,并且高质量，高效率，按期完成生产任务。

• 准时完成公司的各项培训要求。

• 独立完成合格PFMEA和生产异常DIVE

• 掌握Carrier way，灵活运用的生产上，提高生产效率、品质及消除安全隐患，积极按时参加CX活动。

• 带领自己团队不断学习，提高团队生产力，完成公司给各项目标。

• 负责对生产提供如下的技术支持：

• 对生产制程中出现的不良品负责工程分析，在工艺改良上提供预防纠正措施，编写相关作业指导文件。

• 跟踪产线FPY状况，负责生产工艺改善工作，提高产品一次合格率，达成公司设定的各项目标。

• 负责产线上的所有生产夹具，设备TPM的实施工作，改良设备的安全性能，确保设备在安全与有效利用率上达成公司目标。

• 提高工艺水平，对产线操作工提供工艺方面的培训与指导。

• 负责ESD预防工作的技术支持，改良工艺，降低IC报废率。

• 负责生产过程的工艺工程控制：

• 负责新产品生产试产工作，主导产品的PP工作，协助产品研发部门进行EP。

• 对产线工艺实施加以监控，确保生产实际运作符合工艺要求。

• 负责不良品的分析，并提供工艺改良方案与控制方案。

• 负责开设生产线所需的设备、夹具，工艺工程资料的准备工作。

• 负责本部门与相关部门技术方面的交流，沟通工作。

Qualifications & Compentencies 任职资格及能力要求：

• 机电一体专业或电子专业，大学专科或以上学历

• 三年以上PE工程师工作经验。

• 对精益生产有了解

• 灵活运用办公软件

• 英语四级，读写熟练
