Hyatt Revenue Manager in DOHA, Qatar

Duties and responsibilities related to the Revenue Manager role:

  • Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.

  • Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted to identify and maximize all opportunities and mitigate any risks

  • Integrate with other functions to maximize our guests, owners, and shareholder expectations

  • Provide expertise and guidance to maximize occupancy and revenue generation through recommended pricing strategies and inventory management

  • Review distribution channel strategies and provide efficient guidance

  • Monitor and maintain the highest level of rate parity across channels

  • Actively participate in the review of the Hotels’ annual budget and strategy plans

  • Review monthly forecast room, events, and other revenue streams with the Hotel Leadership Committee

  • Work with Digital, Loyalty Program, Analytics, and other Marketing Departments to ensure that all opportunities to increase RevPar are maximized

Qualification:

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset.

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Revenue Executive, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analyst.

  • Strategic orientation, as well as good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills, are a must.

  • Strong Excel skills, inclusive of reporting, presenting, and charting
