Position: Laborer Foreman

Overview: The Laborer Foreman plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Foreman by contributing insights to identify key success factors for the Labor crew. This leadership position involves establishing an effective organizational structure and processes essential for the seamless execution of services. The Laborer Foreman is accountable for overseeing Labor services, ensuring quality, evaluating subcontractor performance, and managing construction costs.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Organizational Structure:

  • Provide leadership to establish organizational structures and processes necessary for the successful execution of Labor services.

  • Collaborate with the General Foreman to ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.

Execution Oversight:

  • Ensure the precise execution of Labor services in adherence to contract specifications, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality standards.

  • Evaluate Labor service execution and promptly communicate status, issues, impacts, risks, and cost factors to the project team.

Planning and Deviation Management:

  • Maintain short-range look ahead plans, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.

  • Discuss and collaborate with the General Foreman on deviations, proposing solutions and mitigation strategies.

Cost and Budget Management:

  • Review and monitor costs and man-hour budgets for the installation process, taking corrective actions as needed.

  • Develop equipment and tool requirement plans, reviewing them with the General Foreman to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Additional Requirements:

Language Proficiency:

  • Must be fluent in English to facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Travel and Documentation:

  • Possess a valid passport book (not passport card) with a minimum of 12 months remaining validity.

  • Have at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages in the passport.

Driver's License:

  • Possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity.
