Description
As Supply Chain Analyst you are expected to be the liaison between Customer, Support teams and Service Operations to support new service offerings enablement, development, and continuity
What you'll be doing:
Report and analysis of key metrics to improve operational efficiency
Analyze quotes from vendors to support operation, driving innovation and cost reduction
Apply data analytics to analyze and report on key performance metrics
Analyze actual performance versus plans to explain any underlying variances in detail
Work with extended WW team to manage the operation
Coordinate change request management in between Customer and Lenovo
Create and submit RMA application from the customer
Communicate directly with customer for invoices and credit issues
Monitor and manage performance of reverse center and timely movement and inbound of parts to Reverse vendor
Report to management and vendors, the KPI’s associated with the operation
Report performance trends and actions for continuous improvement to reduce and avoid lead times.
Lead expansions into other countries in Latin America

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
3-5 years working experience on supply chain related positions.
Knowing logistics operations (domestic and international)
Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment
Good negotiation skills
Fluent in English (verbal and writing) mandatory this role reports to USA
