Legislative Outreach Manager (Remote)
The Legislative Outreach Manager will manage local activations and engagement Nationwide for Niagara Bottling. Working with Regional Government Affairs Directors and Vice President, the Legislative Outreach Manager will strategize and oversee campaign activations, media placement, tours, and engaging the rest of the company to speak to the issues impacting Niagara Bottling.
Essential Functions
Working with Niagara’s Regional Government Affairs Directors to carry-out and support regional campaigns and legislative engagement.
Experience working in state, local or federal government and candidate campaigns.
Good at developing a strategy for engaging local officials and activating Niagara team members on issues.
Organize tours of local officials and regulators to learn more about Niagara Bottling
Experience overseeing and activating local media campaigns
Working on, building, and activating grassroots campaigns.
Identify trends across policy issues and at local levels and inform other team members.
Effective communicator verbally and in writing. Knows how to tailor verbal communication, communicate clearly and concisely with teammates and stakeholders about the impact of the proposed legislation or regulations.
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to learn new policy issues quickly and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines
Team and coalition builder to get the best results.
Brings a fresh approach to the table on issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
5 + years of experience that includes working as legislative staff; and on local or state campaigns;
Additional experience working for a trade association, grassroots organization or company.

$113,528.00 - $164,616.00 / Yearly
Bonus Target: 10% Annual
