Controlling Professional – Siemens Industrial Ltd., Dhaka Bangladesh

The incumbent would be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and other commercial operational activities of a business in Bangladesh. The incumbent must be a Bangladeshi national.

How do you craft the future through your incredible commercial role experience?

1. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and other financial planning processes; completion of financial analysis, planning, operational and controlling activities; comparative analysis of Actual vs. Plan and follow-up progress of agreed measures.

2. You will provide regular business reports with respect to overall performance and recommend actions to accountable management; ensure all commercial processes and document control complies with the appropriate company standards and governance requirements; perform evaluations of assets and liabilities, overhead monitoring and controlling of business segment, sales & cost controlling.

3. Ensure the financial results are managed according to set targets, ensure due professional care, and optimizes gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments of the business. Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues.

4. Identifying, evaluating, and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies, and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.

5. Responsible for meeting all commercial objectives. Maintains constant communication to dealer, customers, logistics & SCM and other stakeholders to make the supply chain management process efficient and effective.

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a reputable university, additionally an MBA degree is preferred.

• If you have any professional certificate, it would be an added advantage for you.

• You bring more 4-6 years of proven experience in commercial including Accounts and Finance related role.

• Well-versed with MS Office suit.

• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English with good networking with internal/external and international stakeholders.

• Capable of working under pressure. Excellent collaboration and solution centric problem-solving approach is a role requirement.
