Join our Rooms team as the Bell and Door Attendant at the Hyatt Regency DFW located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms, 92,000 square feet of function space and is a part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.

Seeking Full Time Bell/Door attendant. Must have flexible availability on weekdays and weekends.

What are you responsible for?

A Bell/Door Attendant will champion the arrival process by ensuring guest are met with a welcoming greeting, they create the first impression upon guest arrival. The Bell/Door Attendant will be responsible for

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel and obtaining transportation when requested.

  • Manages the front entrance drive / shuttles

  • Manages hotel ADA & House Car

  • USPS mail pick-up

  • Bell/Door Attendants may be asked general information about the hotel and city.

  • This position is in constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.

  • It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.

  • At times may perform VIP Pick-up from Airport.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  • Refined verbal communication skills.

  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

  • Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.

  • Proficient in English

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
