  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Properly load pools

• Properly tie down and secure pools

• Foam rib pool (prep for nesting of pools)

• Use the proper procedures for removing a pool shell from the mold to include proper procedures for rope holding

• Inspect pool and accessories.

• Understand the Latham quality standards for all delivered pools

• Know pool models, size and map locations of our molds

• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.

• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work outside in various degrees of temperature
