Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Students participating in an undergraduate or graduate degree program are eligible to participate in the program. Those who are graduating from college within a full term from application are not considered students, and therefore will not be considered (i.e., students applying in September who are graduating at the end of that term or the next, are not considered students due to impending graduation date). College students graduating with their Associate's or bachelor's and immediately moving into a bachelor's or master's program are considered students and, therefore, eligible to participate in the program.
