We hope youll join us!The Senior Integrated Strategist will help lead the strategy on a large account. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Business & Brand Building Understand business problems and transform them into creative opportunities. Work directly with clients, guidingconversations about their business, brand and category, fielding questions and workshopping solutions. Implement brand strategy tools to outline and clarify positioning, purpose, brand architecture and communication strategies. Present strategicthinking and recommendations in a lively and engaging way for the agency and clients. Research, Insights & Briefings Plan and execute consumer, cultural and competitive research, including synthesizing data and identifying insights. Provide sound and empathetic POVs on culture, consumer, the category andthe clients value prop. Craft and collaborate on integrated briefs that provide a unique point of view and an inspiring jumping off point for creative development. Contribute to creative testing, ensuring insights are clear and the workis optimized without losing its heart. Consumer Experience Contribute to consumer journeys, articulate how consumers engage with the category and how channels intersect with the journeys. Work across departments to organize, extend and connect creative ideas into campaign ecosystems that overcome audience barriers. Partner with strategic specialists (social, digital, content, media and analytics) to create powerful and focused communications briefs. Leadership & Relationship Building Build powerful connections with clients, internal integrated teams (account, creative, influencer, etc.) and external partners. Create a strong presence in a room with storytelling through writing, visual presentation and verbalskills. Help mentor junior strategy team, identifying growth opportunities and providing ongoing feedback. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: CPG brand experience would be nice to have 4+ years of strategy experience in an advertising agency or similar Experience with conducting and analyzing audience research (first party or through MRI, Simmons, etc.) Experience analyzing a variety of research and delivering impactful insights from it Experience turning research and insights into a compelling and concise creative brief Experience presenting, discussing and defending strategy to clients and internal teams Experience with large, complex client organizations Experience building strong partnerships with creative teams to bring audiences to life accurately and with empathy THE AGENCY: As a strategist at CE, we believe our role is to connect brands to todays America to do this we need to be able to do the following: Speak people: Bring the voice and experiences of todays America to life Be a creative partner: Be the spark and the kindling for creativity Solve brand problems: Use creativity to solve big business problems for our clients At Campbell Ewald we believe in pay equity. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on several factors including current/former employees in the position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, background, relevant experience and qualifications and location.
