Position Overview: The Sales Representative at The Campus Builders will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for our services, which include admissions representative training, enrollment process development, lead generation, and offshore team building. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential clients, develop strong relationships, and convert leads into sales to support the growth of post-secondary institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
