Job Title: Production Operator

Available to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated candidates to operate production equipment, including dryers, baggers, and standardizers. Responsibilities include monitoring milk flow from tankers to drying, managing powder batches, operating and maintaining the standardizer machine, ensuring product quality and safety, organizing and cleaning workspaces, and assembling/disassembling pumps. Candidates must be flexible to work on different shifts and available for training and potential seven-day workweeks, including some holidays. The role demands adherence to strict FDA regulations and GMPs within a 24/7/365 operation environment.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in DETROIT, Michigan.

Work Environment

The work environment involves shifts (1st: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 2nd: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, 3rd: 11:00pm - 7:00am) and mandatory training on the 1st shift. The facility can be hot and muggy due to machinery and is wet on the ground. FDA regulations require wearing smock suits, elbow-length gloves, boots, and hair nets. Candidates should wear comfortable attire under the uniform.

Qualification

1) At Least 2 years of recent minimum experience in production/warehouse
