Responsible for the treatment of internal disorders, prescribing medication, therapy, or other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness in adolescents, adults, and the elderly; responsible for admitting and discharging patients from an in-hospital setting; explain procedures and test results and treatment with patients; manage and treat common health problems; analyze records, reports, and test results; provide acute internal medicine care and other services in the domains of observation, medical consultation/perioperative care, advanced heart failure/structural hearth disease, inpatient general medicine, general inpatient cardiology/Telemetry, clinical education and quality improvement/research; physician must be Board eligible in Internal Medicine and must have valid State of Michigan medical license.

Location: Detroit, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US.
