Ecommerce Growth, Sr Manager

The Ecommerce Growth, Sr Manager is part of the Ecommerce Excellence team bringing ecommerce expertise and data insights to the broader cross functional team working on Cox Automotive's Ecommerce platform, the Automotive industry's first automated, scalable B2B2C Ecommerce solution for Used Car sales.

Reporting to the Sr Director of Ecommerce Excellence, this individual will develop strategies and actions to help our clients (Dealership groups) profitably grow their Ecommerce channel while also driving a paradigm shift in the auto shopping consumer experience.

This individual will support in identifying and coordinating the execution of actions to achieve our long-range plan growth plans and value creation. This will include building ecommerce best practice playbooks, providing consultation support to build growth plans for top clients, and documenting and disseminating ecommerce knowledge internally and externally.

Additionally, and just as importantly, the Ecommerce Growth, Sr Manager will be a key player in catalyzing a cultural and mindset shift across the broader cross functional team to move and think at the speed and urgency of retail ecommerce.

This role requires a balance of internal capability and culture building, change management, and the ability to influence senior executives within Dealer groups, through data and proven best practices, and help them achieve their digital commerce goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Build and continuously enhance ecommerce-oreinted best practice playbooks that our client success team can use to make recommendations to clients, driving growth Partner with client success to build business reviews, insights, and action plans to drive growth for top clients Stay abreast of and disseminate ecommerce trends, benchmarks, and news to internal and external stakeholders Catalyzes a cultural and mindset shift across the broader cross functional team to move and think at the speed and urgency of retail ecommerce Interpret complex data and distill it into concise, relevant presentation for an executive audience Establish credibility as an internal thought leader on strategic and business issues Think strategically, abstractly, in broad concepts and terms and apply to tangible plans Works with, and build strong relationships with, cross functional partners (Strategy, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and People Solutions) to execute on strategies and plans Provide perspective / input into product roadmap & experimentation pipeline Other duties as needed or required

Qualifications:

7+ years work experience, with demonstrated progression to leadership roles across multi-disciplinary teams 3+ years of experience in ecommerce space, either with a Retailer, Branded Manufacturer or Platform Broad understanding of ecommerce disciplines, from demand generation to conversion and post purchase experience; ability to articulate and coordinate multi-pronged approach to achieve growth goals Proven track record of scaling an Ecommerce business Experience leading and influencing cross functional partners Bachelor's degree High learning agility, flexibility, and an inquisitive nature Analytical with proficiency in data analysis and reporting action-oriented insights Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in ambiguity Commitment to continuous improvement and always enhancing operational efficiency Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes in order to meet business requirements Travel: 5-10%
