Lead a team of ETL Developers responsible for extracting data from various sources, transforming the data as required, and loading it to various targets.  Develop, maintain, and support the enterprise data warehouse system, corresponding data marts, and data interfaces between operational systems. Analyze and review complex object and data models and the metadata repository in order to structure processes and data for accuracy, efficiency and maintainability. Assist with long term strategy and planning of the Data Integration architecture and evaluate and implement new technologies. Create complex data loading processes for Data Warehouse and operational system integration projects that satisfy all functional and technical requirements. Implement best practices, standards and procedures to encourage team consistency, efficiency and maintainability. Lead the creation, execution and organization of workflows, continually monitoring performance and rearranging processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the loading process. Provide overall leadership, direction, management, performance criteria and evaluations for Data Integration staff. Responsible for team member career development, education, assignments, counseling and adherence to standards. Work with various levels of project managers, data modelers, software developers and system administrators to design load processes and identify potential problem areas insource systems. Work with internal business clients to solve data integrity issues and ensure timely data availability. Collaborate with the Data Architecture team to understand, interpret and implement complex data integration requirements. Assist Database Administrators with managing and organizing database objects and with understanding the need for constant size management and infrastructure analysis. Perform data load monitoring and problem resolution and take action to resolve recurring issues. Manage relationships with data integration software vendors, and make technology recommendations that support enterprise data needs in the short and long run.

*Requires a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or related occupation and *10 years of experience in a related information science or data integration occupation.

Experience must include:

  1. Development of security methodologies, policies, standards and best practices;
  2. Implementation of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions;
  3. Working knowledge of the consumer loan business, related system applications, and corporate business solution environment;
  4. Security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST, FFIEC, etc.);
  5. Extensive project related work, preferably application development and Data Warehouse projects;
  6. Work with UNIX and/or Linux;
  7. Work with Message Oriented Middleware and Webservices;
  8. Creating and working with RFC and SR tickets with Oracle On Demand, Oracle Managed Cloud Services and Oracle Support; and
  9. Data visualization concepts and tools.
