This position will personally manage the following details:

-Oversees all aspects of the sellers transaction from initial contract to executed purchase agreement.

-Coordinate showings

-Coordinate all property preparation (showings, staging, open houses..)

-Submit all necessary documentation to office broker

-input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.
