Our client, a leading company in the healthcare and medical device industry, is seeking an Drug Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As an Drug Manufacturing Technician , you will be part of the Production department supporting Manufacturing and Quality Control teams . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong communication skills , and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment , which will align successfully in the organization

Job Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician

Location: Des Plaines, IL 60018

Pay: $22.00 rate

Shift: 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm

What’s the Job?

• Produces high-quality diagnostic assay components in a GMP-regulated environment.

• Proper maintenance and operation of drug manufacturing equipment.

• Accurately weighing raw materials and active ingredients, then combining them into blends.

• Keeping the equipment and facility clean and in good repair.

• Completing work orders and batch record documentation per cGMP (current good manufacturing practice).

• Following and completing documentation with minimal errors or corrections.

• Completing cGMP and safety training in a timely manner.

• Working both independently and as part of a team, following procedures precisely.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific-related field or equivalent experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• HSD or GED

• Must have 1 year of experience as a manufacturing technician

• Basic math skills
