Responsibilities:

The Consumer Products Technology Lead will partner with our Consumer Products/CP businesses to ensure the technology supporting them is modernized and enables their current and future growth. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our technology strategy within our clients Consumer Products business while aligning with global strategy and platforms. This role demands a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of retail, e-commerce and web experiences, and a proven track record of leveraging technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage. This leader will work directly with the CP Executive Leadership and leaders within the organization including Product, Marketing, Sales and Finance. This leadership position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define, design and ensure the delivery of technology strategy, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within our Consumer Products operations.

Specific Job Function:

 Partner with Consumer Product Business and Technology Leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's objectives and driving digital transformation

 Implement and maintain technology systems and solutions to optimize retail processes including product listing/management, shopping cart, fulfillment, secure payment processing and data management

 Oversee the development and implementation of IT systems to enhance supply chain visibility, demand forecasting, inventory management, and distribution logistics

 Partner and align with ERP systems and implementation projects to ensure successful and value based integration with manufacturing and supply chain performance and data management.

 Partner to ensure the optimization of data through actionable dashboards, analytics, KPIs driving decision making

 Responsible for the execution of the IT Plan of Record/program strategy supporting CP

 Manage supporting vendor partners/partnerships to ensure the successful delivery of project and support

 Oversee operational services and projects for CP

 Support and define strategy of all technology related to merger and acquisitions

 Ensure that the disaster recovery, business continuity, risk management and access controls capabilities are in place and delivering on expectations

 Coordinate with Americas IT Leadership on global standards, processes and providers

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

- Years of Experience: 8-10 years.

- Experience with retail trading channels (Amazon, Costco, etc.)

- Supporting global online retail, brick & mortar, and e-commerce

- Experience with an ecommerce platform

o Shopify or Magento ideally

- Experience with ERP: IFS, Salesforce, Sage, QBE. SAP

- Paid Media

- Digital Retail Marketing and CRM tool:

o Klaviyo, Spout Social, SFDC, Glew, Gorgias, Yotpo, Zoho, Bazaar Voice, Google Analytics

- Need someone who has worked within the retail space on the IT end

- Need to know retail architecture and infrastructure

- Experience B2C Plusses:

- Consulting experience

- Boomi experience

- Data analytics, data warehouse and business intelligence tools null
