Job Title: Carpenter

Shift: Monday - Friday / 7:00am - 4:00pm / OT Available

Experience: Apprentice / Skilled / Journeyman

Job Description:

• Seeking any level carpenters or skilled construction candidates to join our team on a variety of commercial & residential projects.

• Projects range from $1mil-$15mil and include work at educational institutions, healthcare facilities, municipal buildings, industrial sites, offices, retail locations, restaurants, and water treatment/utility projects, apartments, multi-family, residential.

• Responsibilities include: Building and installing cabinets, shelves, casework, such as reception desks and display cases.

• Installing flooring, such as hardwood, tile, and laminate.

• Hanging and finishing drywall / Installing and repairing windows and doors / Finishing and painting woodwork, trim, and molding.

• Building and installing custom millwork, such as custom cabinets and shelving.

Job Title: Plumbing Technician

Shift: Monday - Friday / 7:00am - 4:30pm / OT Available

Experience: Apprentice / Skilled / Journeyman

Job Description:

• Seeking apprentice or skilled or journeyman Plumber technicians.

• Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and plumbing systems in both commercial and residential settings. (Heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, plumbing systems)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and plumbing systems.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, to ensure optimal system performance.

• Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service.



Work Environment:

This is a full-time position based in either Des Moines or Ames, Iowa.

Commercial & Residential construction environment, working in teams of 3-10 people on the job site.

Standard work hours are from 7 am - 4 pm / Monday - Friday / OT Available

Dress code - boots, jeans, and a t-shirt or sweatshirt.

Travel to projects around Des Moines Metro and Ames.

Qualifying Skills:

Construction / Carpentry / Plumbing / HVAC / Sheet Metal / Concrete work / Framework erection for structures / Ceiling and wall installation
