We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on building and supporting an Entra ID B2B Guest Self-Service Portal. This role is pivotal in maintaining our existing B2B Guest offering within Entra and plays a crucial role in the 2025 integration of use cases into a broader B2B Identity redesign for Supplier and Dealer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the B2B Guest Portal using C# with a focus on Razor front-end UI and C# APIs.

• Integrate with Entra ID via Graph API

• Integrate with back-end directories Active Directory and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services

• Design/build/maintain Springboot Restful API microservices and Web UI using Angular JS

• Manage the SQL Database and develop PowerShell scripts for various operational needs, including data management and automation.

• Utilize Azure DevOps for deploying and managing scripts and pipelines.

• Ensure the B2B Guest Portal is efficiently hosted on Windows OS, utilizing IIS.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

• Provide operational support including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and monitoring using KQL and Dynatrace.

• Engage in architectural design and site reliability engineering while ensuring compliance with Ford Policies and industry best practices.

• Effectively collaborate with teams across the shore with flexible timing

• Working experience on end-to-end software engineering practices

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in C#, PowerShell, SQL, and Graph API.

• Experience with GitHub for source control.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipeline management and deployment.

• Hands-on experience on RESTful API development and management, Java, Spring Boot and Angular JS

• Working experience on Google Cloud Platform(preferred) and/or Azure

• Extensive knowledge of SQL databases and Windows web server hosting.

• Expertise in Entra ID with a specific focus on IAM and B2B external identity solutions.

• Proven experience in operational support, including testing and monitoring of scripts, APIs, and web UI.

• Strong architectural design skills with an emphasis on compliance and site reliability engineering.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management

• Highly motivated individual with strong technical skills and desire to resolve problems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and quality

• Solid understanding in Security domains, especially Identity and Access Management
