FCSD is a true one-stop shop, offering comprehensive Diagnostics, Repair & Service Capabilities for a full portfolio of Electrified, Hybrid and Internal combustion vehicles globally.

  • Analyze and define business requirements, technology, processes, and solution having the overall architecture in mind

  • Work with end users and transfer business processes into a Greenfield OTC standard solution integrating with existing SCM and EWM modules

  • Develop End to End solution design and lead the Implementation of the system across various markets

  • Facilitate design, development, deployment, data migration and support of the S4 SD solution with the aim to enhance after-market service parts functionality

  • Act as an SME to guide the integration architecture and deployment of other modules

  • Define and lead the Hyper Care Support model

  • Work closely with business teams to understand the challenges and recommend automation/value added options in SD module.

  • Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology related field

  • Require a minimum of 3+ years of experience

  • Proven professional experience working as an OTC (Order to Cash) consultant / SME in larger complex SAP implementation projects.

  • Excellent understanding of the overall S4 SD (Sales and Distribution) solution and how it is implemented in conjunction with other components of the S/4HANA Suite and SAP SPP in Google Cloud or RISE

  • End to End knowledge of Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution business processes in S4.

  • In depth understanding of the integration between different technology platforms and specific automation related to Order processing and management

  • Ability to work individually and lead the team to define the best use of S4 SD processes and the overall application.

  • Experience in handling/ end to end implementation of OTC in aftermarket service parts space

  • Should possess complete knowledge on every phase of SAP implementation, including creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, roles and authorization, data migration, go-live support and post go-live support.

  • Knowledge and experience with SAP RISE.

  • Worked in SAP Order to Cash implementations with a non-SAP front end.

  • Worked on legacy to S/4 SD migrations.
