Randstad is seeking reliable loan servicing professionals for a long-term assignment in Des Moines, IA. The position focuses on reviewing Closing Disclosures, requiring good communication skills to interact with settlement agents and internal partners. Position: Loan Servicing Rep 2 Location: Des Moines, IA 50309 Pay: $21.41/hr Shift Days/Hours: M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities

• 30% of time will go to the settlement agent and ask for missing pieces of info. Will need to speak confidently to the agent to get what they need

• Reconcile fees and non-numeric information.

• Perform research through loan documents and online databases.

• Communicate with internal partners and Settlement Agents via phone and email.

• Update and note system of record.
