Seeking a talented self-directed motivated IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT ANALYST for a premier financial services client company. In this permanent position as an IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT ANALYST role you will administer ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery application. You will collaborate with all enterprise IT infrastructure teams. You will support the IT service management teams, who handle the end-to-end delivery of IT services to customers . You will NOT be programming or developing the data base. Rather, you will be administering and enhancing the processes for ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery application.

This is a fantastic and unique new permanent opportunity to apply both your IT Infrastructure knowledge and experience, along with your experience in ServiceNow. Ideal candidates will have about 5+ years overall of IT infrastructure experience and 2+ years with ServiceNow with experience and or exposure to CMDB and Discovery. If you have proven success in other facets of ServiceNow with exposure to CMDB and Discovery, and wish to transition and take ownership and become the in house expert and single point of contact in this individual contributor role, then for the right professional this could be a reality. Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience with CMDB or IT infrastructure management, and working in ServiceNow

• Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM principles) in ServiceNow, IT infrastructure components and scripting languages

• Familiarity with ITIL principles, network protocols, cloud computing technologies and integration technologies such as REST API and SOAP

• Experience in ITSM CMDB processes and tool administration/management
