About the Role:

Act as the central point of contact for repair/maintenance issues for clients national facilities portfolio. Provide oversight of our outsourced support team to ensure timely work order completion and that they are aligned with clients standards. Develop and maintain positive relationships with field leadership to better understand our branch needs and provide desirable results. In addition, the Facilities Coordinator will vet and scrutinize spend to help save the company money.

What You’ll Do:

•Establish processes to streamline resolution of repair and maintenance issues for our national portfolio of over 1500 locations

•Develop and maintain positive relationships with the field and local leadership

•Oversee 25,000+ work orders annually with the purpose of managing multiple functions of building operations and maintenance so branch management can focus on sales

•Create efficiencies to reduce man hours and increase cost savings

•Enforce protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with clients standards

•Ensure a strong level of responsiveness to urgent and emergency work order requests

•Manage internal and external relationships in support of our Centralized Facilities Management program

•Work closely with other teams to continuously improve customer experience

•Ability to track, document and report on work order activity

•Manage relationships with Service Providers

•Facilitate regular meetings with vendors and/or stakeholders to review status updates and collaborate to develop solutions.

•Stay up to date on new capabilities and changes to our CMMS software (ServiceChannel)

•Gauge relationships accordingly by considering the variety of the interrelationships and goals of the members of the Facilities Management team and organizations served.

•Must remain abreast of existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services, and leading industry performance benchmarks

•Ability to think strategically and tactically to overcome short term gaps necessary to meet long term goals.

What You’ll Do:

•Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• 5+ years Facilities Management experience

•A positive attitude and eagerness to help customers

•Knowledge of Fire Suppression, HVAC, Plumbing, Racking, Dock Equipment, Electrical, and/or other trades is a plus

•Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices

•Good analytical/critical thinking skills

•CMMS software experience (preferably Service Channel)

•Experience managing a team is preferred

•Effective oral and written communication skills

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required

•Possess a high degree of personal motivation, independent judgement, and persuasiveness

•Broad based experience working in a complex, fiscally challenging, and rapidly changing environment

Pay Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
