CBRE is looking for a highly motivated candidate with an electrical engineering background and demonstrated design, construction, operation and maintenance experience in the area of Power Delivery infrastructure.

The Power Delivery Project Manager shall be involved in the management of complex electrical infrastructureproducts, andwillbe responsible forthe development of Statement of Works (SOWs), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, concept designs, drawing markups,budgetsand schedules, and for the review of vendor submittals. The ideal candidate willpossessa deep understanding of building construction and design, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop delivery and execution plans for power delivery both from grid utility and also alternate power solutions to meet capacity demand.

  • Support in design risk evaluation, risk management and budget control throughout the product life cycle.

  • Manage change control and cost approval processes with external and internal partners in line with established procedures.

  • Manage proposal reviews, contract awards, and process contract documents through established processes.

  • Monitor and track proposals and contract schedules and generate weekly progress reports.

  • Support contract negotiation, including the establishment of all General Contract terms including mark-ups, fees, insurance, labor rates, escalation, etc.

  • Provide / gather cost estimates working with contractors and other vendors for scope gaps and changes.

  • Ensure QA/QC process is being followed and report any issues/gaps.

  • Assistin the coordination and management of all owner-direct vendors.

  • Support evaluation of product readiness for substations and travel to meetings asrequired.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineeringor equivalent practical experience with knowledge in Energy/Power Substation delivery.

  • 5+years experiencein the Power and Energy sector and/or mission critical facilities.

  • Experience with high and medium voltage electrical systems.

  • Knowledge of construction means and methods.

  • Experience and general knowledge of cross discipline teams: structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective technical communication.

  • Able to work independently with minimal oversight for extended periods.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to stay focused on multiple projects throughout various development phases.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to analyze and resolve issues promptly.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

  • Proficiencyinwritingreports, creating documents and presentations, and delivering presentations to large audiences.

  • Must be flexible to travel to site/vendor facilities as needed.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 150,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
