Demonstrates in-depth abilities and a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Providing strategic leadership, direction and technical expertise in Workday data conversion,guiding the development and execution of data migration solutions for clients;

  • Leading the development and execution of Workday data conversion strategies, including data migration solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices;

  • Leveraging hands-on experience with data migration tools and techniques, such as iLoads, Migration, recipes, Object Transporter, and Advanced Load;

  • Engaging with clients to understand their data migration challenges, designing tailored Workday data conversion solutions that align with organizational objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of Workday data conversion projects;

  • Defining the technical vision, implementing best practices, and driving innovation within Workday data conversion solutions;

  • Managing and leading a team of Workday data conversion leads, consultants, architects, and developers, and mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment;

  • Providing technical guidance, support, and training to team members, ensuring their continuous growth and expertise in data conversion processes;

  • Architecting complex Workday data conversion solutions that consider data integrity, scalability, and customization requirements;

  • Providing expert guidance on Workday data mapping, transformation, and loading processes, ensuring technical integrity in implementation;

  • Addressing and resolving complex technical challenges related to data conversion, offering advanced support to internal teams and clients;

  • Applying hands-on experience with Workday data migration tools, such as iLoads, Migration Recipes, Object Transporter, and Advanced Load;

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and outcomes;

  • Participating in RFP/Orals and representing the data conversion workstream;

  • Providing guidance and technical support to Integration, Data, Reporting, and Security teams on estimation and scope;

  • Designing and implementing data conversion strategies that integrate with Workday Prism for enhanced data visibility and reporting;

  • Leveraging Workday Prism Analytics to validate and analyze conversion data quality before, during, and after migrations and identify data anomalies and reconciliation issues during conversion cycles; and,

  • Develop ETL processes that align with both immediate conversion needs and long-term Workday Prism Analytics requirements

Demonstrates in-depth ability to drive innovation, implement best practices, and improve processes within Workday data conversion implementations.

  • Driving innovation within Workday data conversion implementations, exploring new features, technologies, and methodologies to enhance client value;

  • Overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring all Workday data conversion solutions are thoroughly tested, validated, and meet high standards of reliability;

  • Staying current with the latest Workday data conversion features, updates, and industry best practices to ensure the team's knowledge remains relevant and cutting-edge; and,

  • Promoting and enforcing best practices in Workday data conversion, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
