CACI's SAFFIRE team is at the forefront of developing and operating state-of-the-art of Geospatial Intelligence analysis software. The SAFFIRE team builds and maintains an exceptionally powerful platform enabling our users to address challenging real-world problems by converting disparate data into actionable information. The team is deeply passionate about its mission and takes tremendous pride in our work. We work directly with operational users to design, develop, and maintain capabilities that empower analysts to create actionable intelligence from the massive volumes of Geospatial Intelligence data to give our intel and combat organizations the decision advantage over our near-peer adversaries.

Responsibilities:

As the Training and Communications Lead, you will manage a distributed team of personnel responsible for mission level training, user outreach, and communications for the SAFFIRE program. This includes overseeing the development of our web-based outreach portal (SAFFIRE University), the creation and maintenance of training materials, user guides/documentation, videos, newsletters, and managing communications for all SAFFIRE products to our user base. You will also get to assist in conducting mission relevant demonstrations and trainings to the user-base and coordinating communications campaigns to the users and stakeholders to ensure full visibility of our products and capabilities.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Top Secret or Top-Secret SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience

  • Experience managing small to medium-sized teams

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

  • Experience working with tools in the intelligence community (7+ years)

  • Experience developing materials in a variety of formats – Product Documentation, Briefing, Web, Video, etc. (5+ years)

  • Experience teaching advanced processing, tools, and techniques to non-technical users (5+ years)

Desired:

  • Experience in a training management or instruction role

  • Understanding of advanced technology including machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision, etc.

  • Experience with Object Based Production (OBP)

  • Experience with training in the classroom and virtual settings

  • Experience producing documentation - including system manuals, training curriculum, technical documentation (SVD, etc.)

  • Experience using Word, Confluence, Interlink, JIRA, Camtasia

  • Experience working with Wordpress or similar

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
