COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.50 to $18.50, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local farms and suppliers to foster sustainable food partnerships.

  • Conduct nutritional audits in the dining hall to uphold recipe compliance and nutritional standards.

  • Coordinate and oversee health and wellness events in collaboration with the dietitian.

  • Create wellness resources and tips for staff members.

  • Review and verify nutrition information on the company website for accuracy.

  • Cultivate relationships with students to promote positive health and wellness practices on campus.

  • Support menu reviews to ensure nutritional balance and variety.

  • Develop and publish compelling social media content that engages our audience.

  • Craft informative wellness articles for publication on the company's website.

  • Assist with marketing initiatives as needed.

  • Assist in maintaining allergen protocols through regular audits.

  • Contribute to creative projects such as chalkboard art and event prop creation.

  • Aid in event planning, setup, and execution to enhance participant experience.

  • Support the hospitality team in advancing campus sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled at Regis University.

  • Preferred majors include health-related professions, marketing, hospitality, branding, sustainability, communications, or business, though all majors are welcome.

  • Reliability and professionalism are essential.

  • Proficiency in computer skills is required.

  • Ability to engage effectively with others is highly valued.

  • Creative skills are a significant advantage.

  • Students with majors or minors in sustainability are strongly encouraged to apply.
