Marsh & McLennan Cos Strategic Initiatives Coordinator, Mercer US Wealth in Denver, Colorado

The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator in Wealth Management supports the development and execution of our Wealth Management business strategies. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the success of the Wealth Management team. This role reports to the Wealth Management Segment Leader.

Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position that can be based on a hybrid basis in our Denver, New York, Boston or Atlanta offices.

What to expect:

You will develop and execute internal and external communications. Implement policies to maximize group productivity. Provide recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations, and communicates with other departments as necessary. Recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, quantifies their impact, defines their benefits and shares with management.

What you need to have:

Bachelor's Degree Strong attention to detail Excellent written, interpersonal, and people management skills Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
