Getac, Inc. Strategic Account Manager in Denver, Colorado
Getac is searching for a Strategic Account Manager. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key Enterprise accounts. Drawing on past industry experience, contacts, initiative and drive this role will qualify and track opportunities, organize resources and prepare technical proposals. This includes taking an active role in the RFP process.
Essential Job Duties:
Review NNN accounts for Enterprise sales (as well as review their own relationships and formulate a plan to focus on 12 key large accounts)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
Investigate customers need and wants
Develop annual account business trade plans
Establish excellent relationship with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business
Track, measure and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics and trends
Suggest innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction
Generate tools and ideas for improving national account customers' experience selling our product and services
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
Keep abreast of industry and market trend and best practices
Identify accounts that have long term strategic value to Getac, and ones that look for a long term relationship, not just a one time purchase
If provided existing account(s) grow them and other groups
Identify the buying group(s) and the influencers in order to penetrate large accounts
Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
Manage customer expectations at an executive level, not just with IT managers
Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers' requirements
Set up mutually agreed upon KPIs and keep track of key account metrics
Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with direct supervisor and vertical heads to achieve sustainable growth and development
Experience & Education:
5 years of experience as Strategic Account Manager or similar role
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects
Excellent verbal and written communication
10+ years sales/sales management of large F500 accounts
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
College degree is preferred or 10+ years' experience with mobility products
Travel:
Expected travel for this job position should be a minimum of 50% and could exceed 50% for corporate business meetings, sales calls, trade show events and meetings at company HQ in Irvine, CA.
Works efficiently in a remote home office environment.
Must have a valid Driver's License, proof of current vehicle insurance and a driving record that meets the company's insurer's criteria; must be able to use own vehicle in the course of work.
The Location:
While this position is remote, we are looking for a candidate that is centrally located and near an airport.
