Job Description

A supply chain automation company in Denver, CO is urgently looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join their team. This position is onsite in their office 6 days a week and requires determination and optimism! This role will require a significant time commitment (70+ hours/week) and is looking for someone that is interested in working long hours to complete projects, hit goals, and disrupt the status quo! This company is building software products to enable businesses to be more economically and environmentally sustainable by digitally transforming the supply chain.

This person will play a pivotal part in growing the company in revenue, as their key responsibility is the overall architecture of their product meeting business needs. This person will also be responsible for accelerating the delivery of key products and features, coaching the engineering team to challenge and grow both individually and collectively, ensuring production uptime and quality, etc. The weekly breakdown includes time dedicated to coding, code review, people management, product and operations, administrative work. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 individuals. This is a permanent position paying an annual salary ranging from $165K to $230K. Skills and Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager

6-8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

Working experience in GCP environment

Experience with GoLang, TensorFlow, PostgreSQL

Experience with Kubernetes

BS/BA in CompSci GRCP certification null
