Based in our Denver office, this role is part of the Global Finance, Planning & Analysis group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will report to the Director of Supply Chain Finance, focusing on developing solutions to measure both financial and non-financial metrics in operations and supply chain. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage increasing data from internal and external sources to support decision-making and enhance operations. Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Data Management: Develop, implement, and maintain data management systems for procurement and logistics operations. Update existing metrics and dashboards to improve decision-making and KPI reporting. Understand data production processes and propose changes to enhance efficiency. Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to support strategic planning. Collaborate with IT to build out Gates BI structure for procurement and logistics, incorporating input from finance and operations stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation of data management processes and best practices. Business Partnership & Analytics: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with Procurement & Logistics leadership to identify savings opportunities and validate their financial impacts. Conduct functional analysis to understand root causes and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations. Support the Finance Director in measuring and communicating global inflation impacts, ensuring risks are addressed through pricing actions. Contribute to the annual budgeting and cost update cycles, collaborating with finance and pricing teams globally.

About You: 4-7+ years of relevant experience in analysis within finance, supply chain, procurement, or engineering. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Understanding of relational database and data warehouse structures. Experience with master data integrity and standardization (data stewardship). Proficiency with BI/Analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI is preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Professional integrity and ethical qualities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple levels and locations within the company, establishing global partnerships. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-motivated, focused on quality solutions and continuous process improvements, with a strong business orientation. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

PAY & BENEFITS Full-Time: $110,000 - $130,000 Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
