Tatum was recently engaged by a large tech-company located in Englewood, CO, just south of Denver proper. This client is currently seeking a 6-9 month consultant (with conversion potential) to assist their 13 person Accounts Receivable team. The role will be entirely remote and the manager is located on the East-Coast for time-zone purposes.

responsibilities:

• Lead reconciliations between intercompany cash transfer and SAP ERP system

• Accounts receivable and credit card clearing account reconciliations

• Track prior ownership cash import files vs cash received

• Review/advise on monthly transactional cash application journal entry activity

• Supports financial planning by forecasting cash

• Updates receivables by coordinating and monitoring sales reports

• Maintains accounting ledgers by posting monthly account transactions

• Sole contributor role; No Direct Reports as of date of hire

qualifications:

• 5+ years of AR/Cash Apps experience in a corporate setting

• Degree Optional; Career experience most important

• Excellent written & Verbal communication skills

• Mountain, Central or East coast time-zones preferred
