Actalent Project Engineer in Denver, Colorado

Description:

Actalent is seeking a Project Engineer with 3+ years experience to support commercial and multifamily projects. The Project Engineer provides technical support to the construction staff. Reviews plans and other technical documents, answers questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project, and monitors costs and project progress.

May assist in the development of cost estimates or tentative schedules. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Generate RFI’s

  • Review Project Submittals

  • Support Purchasing

  • Generate Schedules

  • Support Contracting Process

  • Manage Change Process

  • Layout & Surveying

  • Quality Control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

  • Ideally 3+ years' experience

  • Experience working on commercial or multifamily projects

  • Good job tenure
