Kanaan Communications, LLC Process Specialist Admin - Denver in Denver, Colorado

Overview and Essential Functions

This position is responsible for ensuring billing and invoices are accurately processed, payment is received in a timely manner and project accounting is adequately reviewed and managed. A thorough understanding of the billing process is vital in order to successfully meet the requirements of this position. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Compensation: $16 -$19 per hour DOE.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Taking detailed notes each day for job status and to transfer them to Salesforce O.P (P2)

  • Daily update in Salesforce(P2) for their support construction team via daily calls and video meetings

  • Access Salesforce (P2) to build work folders and upload into Worker Activity for team support, by gathering Maps, Permits, Locates, and timelines of each project of their support team

  • Learn how to do locates for your support team and keep a log list for damage prevention

  • Communicate with support team and peers and work with shared documents a moung the teams

    Special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Must have strong computer skills including data entry

  • Knowledge or be able to work in Google, Excel, Word

  • Must have strong communication skills and work well as an individual and others

  • Be a strong self starter and have great initiative
