What you'll own

We are seeking an experienced Process Automation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on Automation strategy, implementation, and optimization across various business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of Automation technologies, strong analytical skills, ROI modeling, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Assess clients' business needs and identify opportunities for Automation

Develop comprehensive Automation strategies aligned with business goals

Provide expert advice on Automation technologies, tools, and best practices

Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions

Guide internal stakeholders through the automation adoption process, from conception to implementation to steady state

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful automation capabilities delivery

Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and applications

Develop and deliver automation related presentations, workshops, and training sessions

What you bring

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Automation, AI or related field

5+ years of experience in Automation consulting or related roles

Proven track record of successful automation strategy development and implementation

Deep knowledge of various automation technologies

Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and data privacy considerations

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex Automation concepts to non-technical audiences

Experience with project management and Agile methodologies

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in multiple industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing)

Familiarity with automation tolls (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism et al.)

Experience with Automation software development languages such as Python, R, or Java
