Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a busy litigation firm seeks a plaintiffs personal injury litigation paralegal with 5 plus years' experience in complex personal injury litigation cases and high-end personal injury litigation. You will be responsible for conducting electronic searches; indexing, docketing, organizing medical records, drafting complaints, drafting disclosures, responding to discovery requests, scheduling, trial preparation, client contact, and case support to the attorneys. A college degree and/or paralegal certificate are highly preferred. You must have strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively. Attention to detail, strong editing, and proofreading skills are required for this position. Strong Office Suite and Technology skills are required for this position. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal.

• Proficiency in using Aderant and Adobe Acrobat is required.

• Familiarity with Case Management Software is essential.

• Proficiency in using CompuLaw is a must.

• Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively.

• Skilled in Briefing and Calendar Management.

• Excellent Communication skills are essential.

• Experience in Litigation as a Paralegal is required.

• Knowledge about Civil Litigation and Civil Court proceedings is necessary.

• Familiarity with Court Filings, Court Proceedings, and Court Rules is required.

• Experience in State Courts is desired.

• Participation in Jury Trials is a plus.

• Extensive experience in Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Plaintiff Litigation is necessary.

• Ability to handle Litigation Documents and Litigation Practice is essential.

• Experience in Personal Injury Litigation is a plus.

• Familiarity with Litigation Processes and handling Litigation Matters is necessary.
