Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations and assessments to understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Present proposals and quotes to customers, effectively communicating the value of our services.

• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to travel Monday-Thursday, with 2-3 nights of travel per month.

• Ability to pass a background check and driving check.

• At Thrasher, we pride ourselves on rewarding performance. Our compensation structure for our sales position provides a training pay, commission, and bonus potential. The range for this position is in your first year, following training, is $200,000+. Commission is a percentage of each sale. Additionally, we provide an environment of growth, 25% of our employees are promoted YOY. Upon promotion, compensation is evaluated to fit the requirements of the new position.
